Within the context of  Indonesia’s industrial relations today, labour organizations undergo a weakening process  through a systematic mechanism: through the path of production process, the path of policy and the path of supporting network  as well as through the organisation’s internal dynamics. The process immediately prompts serious challenges to the existence of labour organization that need to be tackled if workers are not willing to loose their collective weapon in fighting for their interests.

The paper will focus on the challenges confronted by Indonesia’s labour organization and identify efforts that need to be taken in order to face them.
